Your company is dishonest, and basically a scam. We paid to have a package delivered to Germany, and it never was delivered there. Yet your company claims it was delivered (back to the sender, me) but it wasn't. Either way, it wasn't delivered as per the original contract, to GERMANY. DHL refuses to give the money back. We're going to court.

This is a terrible company to work for. Managers do not return phone calls. Also, new hires are not immediately put on the work schedule, and are escorted in the facilities due to lack of access. I brought this to management's attention and emphasized the inconvenience of this. Appropriate action was not taken. Also, the pay is relatively low for the amount of work you do. If offered a position to work here, run from this place as fast as you can!

Worst shipping company ever. Ever customer service representative I talk to says something completely different. Either they don't know what they are talking about or just making something up. I have never had any issues shipping with Fedex or UPS. Nonstop problems. Never use DHL. Ever.
