Let me start by when I first got to this place I waited almost 10 mins and thr was no one in store ,i was the only customers ..the two lady’s were just on the computer. Second time I went one of the clerk was so rude . Third time was okay . But the 4th time I called to asked for information and the clerk answer the phone rude & I was talking and she completely cut me and said sorry I can’t help you & clicked on me (Spanish) It’s so sad that I kept going to this Ramos Envios Corp (CA6979) 3117 W 8th st Los Angeles 90005 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you have a package to send to Mexico this is the best place. They're very reliable. I have sent more than a couple of boxes and they're always delivered intact. Friendly workers too.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I have used their service 3 times already and the quality is always bad, either the package is always missing items, or they never call you to let you know your package is there, they are not responsible at all. AVOID!
