From the front desk to driver is is lazy in this facility, the corporate and the facility never match the information they have, package should be pick up in facilities paid 8 dollar and still get the package at the next day.

If I could give negative stars I would!! I'm still waiting on a package that was sent out on April 1st. Tried doing a claim but it always tells me the system isn't working or that I can't file a claim because it was handed off to USPS, I check with USPS and they are still waiting for UPS to deliver the package to them. On UPS tracking its been "on the way" since April 3rd. I reached out to the business that sent the package and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement. But guess what? The same thing is happening again with UPS, USPS IS WAITING ON THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE "ON THE WAY". AT THIS POINT IM SURE ITS THE WORKERS PROBABLY TAKING PACKAGES, THIS IS SO SAD STEALING FROM A TODDLER. THE PACKAGE IS FOR MY SON, FROM DISNEY THEY CLOSED THEIR STORES SO I CANT DO STORE PICK UP. WORST SERVICE EVER.

I shipped a roll from LA to Miami containing these six drawings. I wrapped the drawings all together with paper and then I put the roll into a PVC tube. The paper tube is 3" diameter x 50 " long. The pack was scanned at Compton UPS 9020 Hub. The PVC tube arrived empty to Miami 3306 UPS Terminal . Can you check if my drawings are at your Hub. The inner paper roll did not have a label so I have been trying to find it for forty days. Tracking number 1ZR24CT40328187240. No money can replace my work. All drawings are about 48x48 inches and are signed by me. Thank you

This is a review for their delivery route driver in the Carson area. My business is open from 9-5 monday- friday, and yet we constantly get a "delivery attempted" message from them. It seems like their driver is just lazy and says he's "attempted delivery" and takes 2-3 days to deliver packages. Sometimes he'll ring the door bell, and by the time it takes us to walk to the door (15 seconds) he's already gone with a note on the door saying that he "attempted delivery". Worst service imaginable! *Update: Have spoken to a supervisor, so far very accommodating, hoping to see change in the future

You should call the Compton center before and provide tracking number. I received an alert that my package was ready for pick up and when I arrived they stated it wasn't.
why don't you know that was hard to see the dog but I don't know if they still hiring you can always put in application to find out
The mechanics shop is open all day except Sunday, but only special personal can go there.

Yes but It's a horrible facility with horrible customer service.. they are notorious for losing packages . avoid it if you can and read all the other reviews.
