Rejected me for a passport photo due to my wearing a light blue shirt. Called the passport agency LA where I was going directly from here for a very difficult to get emergency passport appointment - they would have taken the photo. Know your stuff before ruining people's travel. Missed my appointment after going down the street to CVS where they took my pic.

Came here to mail an envelope and the clerk here was helpful and friendly throughout the process. They will print the mailing label for you and give you a breakdown of the shipping rates. Sometimes a faster delivery may even be cheaper.

Really horrible customer service. I was second in line and the guy in front of me wraps up and leaves. I step up to the counter. FedEx employee yells at me to stay back from the counter until I'm "called up." I say okay and step back one foot. Then he just leaves and I wait for a couple of minutes until the other employee finishes with a customer. He just sits there and stares and me and after a few seconds rudely asks if I need something. Yeah, I need to ship something. One guy is yelling at me for having the gall to approach an empty counter, and the other acts like I'm a fool for standing there. Make up your minds. Covid is no excuse to act this way.

I called to ask if I may bring in documents to this branch to scan, as I have many times before -- I was concerned that COVID-19-related policies might have suspended that service. The individual who answered the phone said that they only scanned to e-mail in self-service. I attempted to explain that I wanted a document scanned by their staff using their behind-the-counter equipment because I have had bad outcomes with the self-service equipment. Before I had a chance to explain that I wanted the scanned document saved on a flash drive, this individual mechanically repeated that they only scanned to e-mail in self-service. I asked to be transferred to the individual's supervisor, who told me that they only scanned to e-mail in self-service. I explained that their staff had scanned documents for me in the past using their behind-the-counter equipment. The supervisor said that they could do this only when the scanned image was saved to a flash drive. I explained that this is what I wanted, but that the employee didn't give me time to say this. You would think that the employee would have treated a customer better -- it's not like there aren't many people who would be happy to take her job AND treat the customer well. I have, however, found several times that employees are rude to and dismissive of the people who make their job possible -- THE CUSTOMER. I guess it's part of the entitled attitude many of these people have.

Delivery Is until Route is finished. If your package didn't arrive on time it's probably connected to medical paendemic social turbulance. If you have the trackimy nuamber dial it up to discover where your package is related to delivery.

A very few do if you stop by one and they do not have any you can always rental computer and download one from a google search

1. Do Fedex pack and pickup luggage from home in Los angeles? 2. Do Fedex store luggage for 100 days before delivery? 3. Can the delivery address be given later, after finalising leased accomodation?

1. FedEx office can pick up your luggage if you have a pre paid airbill for tracking, but they will not pack it up for you. 1a. If you take it to a FedEx office they can pack and ship it for you and they also guarantee it to arrive safely and undamaged. 2. No they will not hold that long. FedEx office will only hold a package for a total of 5 day on the delivery side, they have 24hrs or less to send out the package once "they" process it. 3. All delivery info is given at time of process of package
