I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have to agree with the others - this place is awful. After being told that notary services were available there, we went, and waited, and waited. Near as I could tell, the employee was late by about 20 minutes, and once he arrived, he appeared to be in no hurry whatsoever. Smartest thing I did was Google another location, and our experience at the Sunset Blvd location was 180 degrees opposite of what we experienced at this location. Basically, pay heed to the reviews - they speak to truth.

I gotta admit that I love shopping at Amazon I may be addicted to it but I hate when an item isn’t what I expected. I hate the packaging and shipping process. That problem had been solved now. Thanks to Kevin and Mo at the UPS Store on Glendale Blvd in Atwater Village. One block away from my home and these guys just spoil me. I just throw mh return and label in a box and these guys just are good dudes. They are more than helpful and package seal label and secure the contents in the box and seal it. Ma. And while they the work I just stand there and joke around with them. We share a laugh. As bush as they have been on prior visits they are always more than happy to do my job. I know, sounds awful, and today I knew I had to show them my appreciation by writing a great review for their great customer service. Also I want to let the owner of this business that Mo and Kevin are going above and beyond their job description. Thanks my dudes. Look forward to my next return. I hate Amazon but damn it it’s convenient.

These guys (so far I have not seen any women employees so it is guys) are very patient and chill. I can't even imagine having their job. Sometimes there is a line, it's a very small place. The back door is reserved for those with keys/mailboxes. The front door is where you enter to ship.

There is OFTEN a sign on the door saying the store clerk is out, during open hours, 4/5 times I’ve been there this year. I make a trip every weekend with items to drop off and live on a prayer. It usually goes unanswered.
