Danielle and Joanne were super helpful throughout the whole rental application and a screening processes. I applied and was completely moved in an under a week.I highly recommend applying & renting with heritage property’s. It’s definitely the simplest application process out there. Nothing makes ya happier then when you send an email you get an almost instant response every time. You guys do it right. Happy holidays.

I just started my application process and have already started off with a great experience. I put in a request to apply and the next day I got a phone call from Joanne who was great it providing information for different units that were available and because of my work schedule I was unable to tour during business hours,but I was provided with amazing virtual tour videos that showed the entire apartment (even the closets). When I still had questions and Joanne stepped away, Gretchen reached out and explained that she could be of help in the meantime. She was also very friendly and kind. They were very responsive over email,only waiting a few minutes when going back and forth. Over the phone, their customer service was just as great and they're all so sweet. This morning I worked with Danielle to complete my application process and I can say that I've never had such consistent kindness from a company. I've worked customer service and retail and I know the struggles these ladies must face on the daily and I appreciate their helpfullness so much in making this application process so easy.

Not ok. Handicap friend of mine just sent me this as he was leaving. He was disgusted and so am I! Not the 1st time I witnessed this. Lazy enough to park at handicap parking is not right. I was embarrassed as I explained to my him that not everyone is aware of how they make others feel. Anywhere else that car would be ticketed or towed

I have been living here for 10 months and I definitively recomend this place to live. Its calm, cozy and a wonderful place to live. People of the office are gentle and attentions. I will miss this house when I leave away. Thanks.
