Stayed over night on my a recent business trip during my layover at DFW. Clean room, was given a complementary upgrade! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you Hyatt! But definitely dated. Needs a refresh badly. Not at the par of other Hyatt Regency’s I have stayed. Main reason for booking was having Pelotons available at the gym, but my flight got delayed and I got in so late that I couldn’t enjoy the gym perhaps next time.

Actually the grossest hotel I've ever been in. Was here for business (literally our company paid for at least 300 rooms for 3 nights) and somehow it was gross for everyone. Like expectations were not high for an airport hotel but they were absolutely mailing it in. My room had so much hair and trash in it. I asked the front desk to please send housekeeping up to vacuum the hair and the trash but they never did. The elevators were slow so I would take the stairs, which I realize were stairs so like, aren't really expected to be nice but they had so many roaches!! The wifi was also spotty and unreliable. Gym was small. Hope to never be back.

Yes you can walk but lots of up and down. You have to go through the parking lot. But convenient with luggage

Yes, but make sure they enter the airport through the ticket only lane. They'll take that ticket and have it validated at the hotel right before they leave. Otherwise, it will be very expensive when they leave the airport. When they leave the hotel, they need to exit in the cash only lane and give the attendant their ticket and validation slip. Yes they have several sizes of meeting spaces. They are beautiful and certain to impress whomever you're meeting with. The Hyatt is in the airport so if your people attending are flying to Dallas to meet, It's an excellent location for it.

No! Breakfast at the Hyatt Regency is expensive $19 for the buffet.
I asked when I make a reservation and was told one rollaway is allowed in a King room, and not allowed in a room with 2 queen beds.
