Do they have free shuttle service to airport and from rental car return offices?

They only have shuttle service to and from the airport

Not from hotel to/from car rental center. Have to take that dedicated shuttle to terminal, then the hotel shuttle, if desired, although it is a very manageable walk through the parking garage to the hotel. Just follow the signage posted outside for where to walk through the garage, although it does involve a few sets of stairs.

Free shuttle to airport and probably to the car rental although we only used the shuttle to the airport.
