Both Rob M and S C above are correct. One is at Terminal C and the other (nicer) one is at Terminal D.
There are 2 Hyatt's at DFW . Both have shuttle services from downstairs on the lower level from any one of the terminals. Make sure you get on the right shuttle for the right hotel.
Walk through parking garage (following signs) or call hotel for van pickup and location
