I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. The staff was friendly and nice. Cole helped me get a new phone and account with AT&T. He was super helpful, and fun to chat with while we waited through the mundane steps of activating my new phone. This store has a cool crew and I recommend stopping here for any needs you may have. The rep Aderick was great. Came in with a damaged phone and Aderick was able to solve my issues in a timely manner I recommend this crew to everyone in South Carolina. Brannon was also extremely nice greeting me at the door even though he was helping two other customers. Melinda was an all around great manager table touching with all of her reps on this busy Saturday.
