Customer service needs improvement. One worker offers to tape customers box. Another worker has me taping my own box without offering. Then when I'm finished taping which wasn't long. I ended up waiting which had his coworker confused. The coworker ended up completing my order.

The workers inside were fine but avoid this location unless you want to be verbally harassed by their delivery drivers for legally parking on the PUBLIC street. Disgusting attitude and words from their drivers on 5/13 at 6:45 PM.

Went in , early at 8 am, for a rental drop off. Customer service was polite and quick. I was out in 2 minutes. Thought it would be a nightmare considering location .Thank you 🙏

Whoever was working the front on March 23 this AM was AMAZING (should've gotten his name)! I had a bunch of clothes to ship out and had no clue what boxes to use, what would be cheapest, etc. He helped me pick out the cheapest options and ship them out to various different addresses and was super willing to help! SO helpful and made my morning that much easier/better!
