I work for Disney so I know top service when I receive it. I have never used FedEx before but in helping ship some costumes to NJ, I found myself at this FedEx office. Jackie, the woman who helped me was understanding patient, friendly, made suggestions and made my experience easy and quick. She was good enough to make me think about trying FedEx instead of UPS next time. I hope you appreciate her.

...attitude, attitude, attitude!!!! If the employees are having a rough go @ home... keep your nastiness @ home!!! LIE!!! Take a day off!!! The vibe in this establishment is @ a low ebb!!! The only positive thing on my visit there, was the 3 guys smelling akin to skunk 😎😁; weed that is. I'll never go back here...NEVER!!! The chocolate female was the worse. I asked if there was any tap available, as I was returning a subpar item from Amazon. She chimed quickly "I'll have to charge you for that!". I thought 'Damn'. Thank goodness I had some in my vehicle. Then, when I was done, this male, whom was watching me, tried to charge me for my own tape!!! I right away said to this slow poke "..oh no; this is my tape!" Very uncomfortable to say the least; to have him watch me, then charge me for my own tape!!! It's the principal!!! There's NOTHING FEDERAL abt FedEx!!! Wow...just WOW!!! 🤔🤬🤬😡

Called FedEx to see if I could pick up my package instead of having it delivered, the customer service representative said not a problem and gave me this center’s address to come pick my package up. When I got there, the woman working told me that my package was “locked up and she’d have to go looking for it because it’s not sorted” and refused to let me pick up my package, I’d have to wait for delivery. I was really nice and did not give her a hard time at all but she was incredibly rude to me from the beginning of our conversation. I work in customer service and I’d never take that tone with someone just asking a question, FedEx should have higher standards for employees. Very disappointing.

On multiple occasions they have "attempted delivery", left a tag on my mailbox in the lobby, but they made no actual attempt to deliver the package. They enter the building, place a bunch of door tags on the mail boxes, without ever bringing the packages in. This is the height of laziness. FedEx is the worst, no other deliver company has this problem in my area.

SAME HAPPENED TO ME! DO NOT USE FEDEX. Worst experience with this location. The driver "attempted to deliver" my package for three times and claimed he cannot get access to my home while I provided the gate code for him and intentionally left the gate open for him to deliver, and plus I was home the entire time! Called customer service and was told the manager from this location would get back to me but never. I still haven't gotten my packages and they may be sent back to the shipper. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I am going to request for non-FedEx shipping from now on!

Typically FedEx's have a small drop off box but if it's a big box or it has something expensive, check it in with the employees. You'll get a recite with the time and date you dropped it off incase something happens to the package
