SAME HAPPENED TO ME! DO NOT USE FEDEX. Worst experience with this location. The driver "attempted to deliver" my package for three times and claimed he cannot get access to my home while I provided the gate code for him and intentionally left the gate open for him to deliver, and plus I was home the entire time! Called customer service and was told the manager from this location would get back to me but never. I still haven't gotten my packages and they may be sent back to the shipper. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I am going to request for non-FedEx shipping from now on!
I've had this happen too. The drivers from the San Fernando Road location really do suck, and despite repeatedly contacting FedEx and asking nicely if they can get their drivers to actually do their jobs, nothing ever changes. I just posted a review about my most recent experience with them. Drivers from this location are lazy, useless, and don't give a sh*t about you or your packages.
Same thing has happened to me multiple times with this FedEx. Wait all day and they don’t even bother to try. I don’t know why they even employ drivers, I always have to pick things up in person.
100% Agree. Experienced the same issue multiple times. Sketchy workers and sketchy company. This is ridiculous. Don't give your business to FedEx

Same thing also happen to me with this location driver is not wanting to deliver and lying saying no one at residence when we are literally home and he never attempted to deliver. This is unacceptable try to reach costumer service for manager and no help. Definitely do not rely on this FedEx location bad experience so far.
Not all drivers are lazy...I'm a 32 year veteran and I love my job....
