Five stars for the actual workers at UPS. The staffers at this location and (especially) the driver who works this area are conscientious and friendly. But one star for the policy of closing from 11am-3pm. Who was the galaxy brain who decided it would be smart to close at the busiest time of day, during the busiest time of year, when people are even more reliant on shipping than ever before? UPS needs to put some of those pandemic profits into hiring more workers so they don't have to close for four hours(!) in the middle of the day(!!).

You want your package stolen or broken ups is the company. I had a driver steal my package. I was waiting outside and he never showed all of the sudden I get a message saying I missed my package. The crooked driver had scanned my package and he never showed. What kind of people do you hire who pretend to do their jobs. I missed a day of work and your driver screwed me. I never had an experience this bad with usps or FedEx. EDIT: no thanks I already spent 3 hours trying to fix this and and done making my headache any worse. Im just going to contact vendor and get a refund. I refuse to deal with UPS ever again.

Wow. This man not only performed an illegal action, he was incredibly rude. I hope the cameras there caught our experience. Despite the large sign you can see in this photo he: A) told me he did not have supplies to sell me - although a huge stack of boxes sat in the corner And B) that they were out of tape. And eventually after I pointed the boxes out he said he had tape, but would have to charge me for it. The sign in front of him clearly says they will tape the first package. I only had package to ship. So he was rude. Tried to deny selling me supplies. And then charged me against UPS rules posted there. Incredibly inefficient and unfriendly. Please refrain him or fire him. Thanks!

You can definitely drop off your package at this UPS Customer Center within operation hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to11:00 am and from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
