As of January 20 2022 or earlier they’ve changed their hours and now close at 5 pm “due to pandemic.” It didn’t occur to management of this store that it might be nice to update the info online so that customers aren’t inconvenienced. While the pandemic has made things challenging for all, we are in year three of it now and frankly customers no longer want to hear it as an excuse for an absence of professionalism or decent customer service. If business is slow or workers are in short supply, then update the hours online. Since I’ve experienced less than stellar service at this store on several occasions, the rating is low. I’ve also had Amazon returns get messed up here so I’m less patient than I’d otherwise be. It’s highly annoying to lug a bunch of items down to the car, drive during rush hour then find them closed two hours early. The only thing this branch has going for it is that there’s parking right in front of the entrance for when you have heavy packages to send. It’s literally the only reason I would drive 20 minutes each way for this store and why I haven’t completely stopped coming here. In future I’ll find another branch with convenient parking. Most I’ve been to have better service.

We pay good money & we’re loyal customers but these past few days trying to receive my package has been a horror story ! They’ve made two “delivery attempts”, both of which I have been home for, there is an access code on my door which was provided both times & still I’m left with a note that says “no access”. When I called to speak to a manger I was assured that my package would be redelivered that same day because that was their mistake not mine, but of course that was a lie and now I’ve had to wait 4 days for a package that could’ve been delivered that first day! UPS is a joke , the staff is rude and no one cares about the customer because they’re such a big company that they don’t have to anymore. If someone is loyal and uses your services often the least you could is keep your word , treat your customers like they matter, it’s no wonder your stock is down and is on track to drop even more in the coming year! I sincerely hope you start treating your customers better, don’t want to find yourself obsolete , it’s only a matter of time before Amazon starts offering delivery services aside from their product delivery!

I went to pick up the shipment, but this UPS says I can't pick it up. I called USPARS and told them I had to find it myself. I visited again in the afternoon to return Amazon. But qr. He says the cord machine's broken and he's not working. The staff here seem to be very idle. This place looks like some research institute, not USP.
