Have been using this store for years to drop off Amazon returns. In the past I would try to bring in the old packaging and boxes in for reuse to be environmentally friendly. I was always told they do not accept the old boxes for reuse or recycling. Today I brought in my Amazon items like usual no box and was told that I needed a box and to package it (although I received an email saying otherwise). The explanation nobody has donated boxes and it could take months for my return waiting in the store until they get a box or I could go home and box it up and come back. Avoid this store if you care about customer service and Amazon.

UPS lost my package or misdelivered it. Man at the counter here wouldn't even take my tracking to help find out where it was last, as the website says a notice was delivered to me with instructions (it wasn't). Kind of ridiculous that he wouldn't even look on the system to help me. Wasted my time without offering any kind of substantial assistance. F+ for effort. Ironically the online UPS digital assistant was more helpful than this guy.

Do yourself a favor avoid Brooklyn (horrible old white guy) at all cost. He has never been helpful, he is mean to kids and to customers. UPS should not hire low life like this. It’s sad.

This branch has excellent customer service. The rep who assisted me, and the manager as well, were real friendly, and got me my photocopies done despite tech issues, by persisting and trying different solutions. I really appreciate it!
