Service was prompt and the place has a parking lot, which is good in LA. Entrance is not visible based on the address. You have to go around it from other street to get in. Without Apple Map, I did not know how I would find it. Parking lot is good. Others are just ok. The worst part is their 1800 number that you never get an answer about your package. That is totally trash system.

Nothing to say this place is hard to find and the delivery drivers are bad they don't follow directions had problems they make people go out of their way to waste time to pick up when packages need to ne deliverd because they don't do deliveries I'm don't want UPS services any more

Very dangerous area and it reeks of human feces. The customer service area is on Moulton Ave, all the way down at the end. They close at noon but reopen for 1 hour between 7-8pm. The workers were very nice. UPS needs to do something about this area to ensure a safer work environment for their employees.

Terrible experience at this location. Not only was parking limited. Line was out the door of the customer service lovby into the parking lot. Two very haggard staff members working the counter. Half the people in line exited without receiving their packages because the system is overwhelmed and their packages have been lost. My package has also been misplaced. 4 weeks after original delivery was anticipated UPS cannot find item. Tracking numbers are useless. Sorts and searches are happening by hand and UPS employees simply cannot find packages.

They do suck, I've had several bad experiences with them in where it says my package is out for delivery but they dont deliver for 3 days that I have to arrange to pick up. A package I was waiting for coming from Kentucky arrived in LA and was going to get delivered the next day, but instead it was shipped back to Kentucky and it delayed delivery for another 5 days. Really terrible.

You weren't home and the package required a signature or there wasnt a safe place to leave it. Bring some identification and the door slip the driver left (if one was left) and you can pick the package up whenever they are open ;)

There is a number to locate the package and identify who receives it, you have to ask who sent it to you so that you can call the ups and they give you information about the package, otherwise they will take it back after a certain time.
