3-4 packages where picked up last year sometime around end of March beginning of April 2018, they were to be delivered to W.W. Norton Company, 500 Fifth Ave. NY, NY 10110. How can we locate them. They weren't scanned when they left office.

Everything is scanned when a driver gets the package.. Thats why drivers are not allowed "tape guns" . Possibility?..
