UPS didn't deliver my package to my home even thoughI paid $30 for that delivery. It took it to a pick up location. Customer service and website are totally unreliable and designed no to help the customer...my package was finally delivered a week later that it was supposed to.

drop your late packages here for the same day tracking until 7 pm as they still open, rather than dropping off at the local UPS stores that make shipments seating there until UPS driver picks up the next day afternoon.

For shipping and pickup, they are open from 8:00am to 10:00am and 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
I am living in los Angeles Ca. I made a purchase online. The store is located in Ontario Ca. My item was supposed to arrive in 2 days, guess what?, it took almost 3 weeks because UPS send it to Chicago. I went to 3 different UPS distribution center asking for my package until they finally found it, I lost time and money. I won't use UPS anymore. They don't care about their customers. If you want you can check the facebook group "UPS support center( complain)" and see what I am talking about.

You will get to the address you put when you bought, you also had to have received a guide number or tracking number with that number you can redirect it if you want to pick it up at some ups center.
You need to schedule an appointment with the Postmaster and discuss any issues regarding mail delivery.
You can not drop off anytime! I was turned away at 9p and was told standard business times only, had to return the next day.
