You have to go in Tuesday to Thursday for an sign up at the location. You then call them and leave a message asking for a vet appointment. It could take 3 weeks to do. Do some searching on homeless vet care, there are some resources in Portland just for the homeless. But I would sign up with oaw too

Yes they help once you apply with food vaccines medical medication but you have to agree to have your pet stayed or neutered before you can have services unless they are already
