The only place I trust to take my babies! They have and continue to help them stay healthy and happy every year.

I have never had a worse experience in my life. The vet and tech were unprofessional and completely void of compassion for my husband and I when we recently visited for an end of life appointment. The vet told us she had to advocate for the dogs (to us, their loving parents) and that our quality of life as the humans who care for 2 14.5 year old dogs who are senile and incontinent was not important nor a factor for consideration. We were told we did not have a choice in the matter, our thoughts/feelings/living conditions were irrelevant and that the vet would make the decision for us. I've never been treated more unprofessionally in what was a very emotionally vulnerable moment for my husband and I. I would NEVER use this vet or this facility. Their complete lack of bedside manner or compassion for the humans that take care of the animals is negligent. DO NOT GO HERE, there are plenty of other vets in the are that are not a corporate conglomerate and take the time to listen and understand the human aspect of pet ownership.

Despite this office staff and vet aggressively selling Banfield Pet Plan, they refused to cancel it when my dog died and my husband went into the office to pick up her remains. Instead, these cruel weasels gave us a separate phone number to call amidst our grief. When I called the phone number, I found out why the cowards did not want to handle this. An automated response, with no option to speak to a representative, advised that we would have to pay until the end of the year, over $150 more, before we could cancel. This office is really only about making a profit. Despite being a client for 7 years, on the day my dog needed acute care, the office was too busy to see her and referred her elsewhere. A well managed vet practice would have budgeted time to care for sick animals. If you care about your pet, and your pocketbook, pick another vet. Update: I emailed the "Client Advocacy Team" as suggested below by the social media admin. I immediately got a reply saying that my email had been received and a response would come in 2 days. More than a week later, I have received no reply, even checked my spam folder, nada. Seems like they really don't give a whit about their clients, only their profits.

I found Dr. Lu and the staff at this Banfield location to be exceptional in the care they provide to our pets. We are new cat owners, and they were very patient and helpful, answering all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this clinic! They truly are amazing!
