Every time I call, it takes several tries to get a hold of anyone. My dog has had the Banfield plan for several years. They don’t keep accurate records and it is always a problem trying to get prescriptions refilled. Most recently, they never put the information in from the pharmacy’s request call for a prescription refill. Dr. Fitch is very nice, and they did a good job cleaning my dog’s teeth, but the practice itself has problems. After many years of issues, I will be searching for another vet.

If I could give them a zero that would describe better my experience with this Banfield Lost Springs location. I concur with the other reviewers that their staff is not in a position to work with customers never mind their willingness to help in resolving a problem. Who ever is at the reception is quick to get off the phone rather than helping and send you off to solve your problem with a prescription refill. My pet has been out of medication for the past 5 days and all I get is we don't have that medication on file (although they prescribed it before), you have to call this other doctor at the Banfield Tanasbourne location that supposingly would be able to refill the prescription for my pet. Called Banfield Tanasbourne several times but nobody picks up ....left several messages...but nobody calls back although they claim they would call within the hour... Banfield management you need a do over!!! Sadly, your service sucks.

Great staff and excellent care. They helped our family through the difficult process of losing our pet with great compassion and empathy.

If I could give ZERO I would. We've had the wellness plan for over 8 years and since we have moved to Oregon we have received the worst care. No phones call back, call other Banfields and find the medicine we are out of by yourself. We've had to take out baby to another Vet since they can't see your pet and pay over $500 for something that would've been covered by the plan. We called and asked for ear drops (same ones weve been using for years) but won't let us get them until they see our boy over a month later., Making something that was preventable into something more costly. I get this is a corporate setting and you guys most likely get paid each time we walk in. But we will no longer be going to any Banfield. Stay away from this office as they don't care if your pet has an emergency. The only reason we added our two other dogs to this plan was because of the stellar care we received in Seminole, Fl. Y'all should call that office and take lessons on what quality care looks like.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
