They just stole our animal from us, that we've been trying to get looked at for the past 4 to 5 months. Had to wait until June 28th. I've called every police station in your area. And have been told to go get my animal tomorrow. We paid for an exam. Not to have my pet stolen. No option on payment for medical. And WE are the ones who rescued this poor thing.

Best employees that give the best advice. Helped save my leopard geckos life and was there for me when my chameleon passed away in my hands in the clinic. They made me the cutest paw stamp to remember her by too. Flash forward and they are being super helpful in guiding my proper care for my new chameleon! Love this staff!!! Thank you so much s&t ♡

Very happy with my experience here today. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They explain costs before service so you don't have any surprises. They also have great communication and keep you in the loop every step of the appointment. I will definitely be coming back.

The staff is amazing, intelligent, and caring. Dr. Surrency seems unmatched in her field. I cannot imagine a better healthcare partner for my three guinea pigs. We receive highly individualized attention and expertise for unique, and sometimes even rare circumstances. We have followed this vet from several prior practices, with nothing but good things to say. I am so happy they have been able to branch out to their own practice, and it's wonderful that we are lucky enough to be able to continue our healthcare relationship all these years. We have been through a lot with them, and they feel at this point like an extension of our family. They may love our guinea pigs almost as much as we do! ;)
