Staff was fantastic and the overall experience was great. First time in and they went as slow as my dog required to be relaxed which helped the whole experience. They explained everything in a understandable way and addressed all my concerns in the visit. I can see why this place is highly rated after visiting and would recommend trying here if you're looking for a new vet.

I love that they're open 7 days a week and I've been happy with the doctors we've seen but scheduling is a nightmare. My cat has blood in her urine so I called to make an appointment but because it has been over a year since her last appointment they wont see her for anything until she has an annual exam and the first availability for that was 3 weeks out. But when my other cat had an infected tooth earlier this year they saw him within a matter of days even though it has been over a year since his last appointment. This isn't the first scheduling issue I've had and last time I had to find another vet that had better availability to see us for an urgent issue and it looks like I will have to do that again this time.

Strange review to post, but since I moved here and started taking my pets to BFPC I’ve had to put both my cats down due to cancer/old age. Pretty awful experience as a pet owner but the vet staff were amazingly patient and compassionate both times. I really appreciate that they made it as easy on us as possible to say goodbye.
