Super kind - informed - upfront about cost - recommended another vet when cost for a follow-up appt was going to be too much at that moment (didn't end up needing a follow-up). Called to followup on how our cat was doing - mentioned a bad tooth that we were not aware of but did not spend more than a few seconds on it because it wasn't the concern and I appreciated that - I have full confidence in this vet. Update - we got a second cat as a kitten and have been back several times as part of their care plan, I rejected it at first but it turned out that the uncharge over the cost of spay, microchip and vaccines was small enough that it made sense to make the commitment to a monthly payment ($90?) to ensure the expected expenses for the first year of my cats life are already paid for and I am able to take her in if she is doing something worrisome. So, still trusted :)

Wonderful staff and incredible work with all the pets my dog and I saw that day. Informative and friendly with me and my puppy. Really upfront about costs and what my best options would be which is greatly appreciated, particularly today

I wish I'd done more research before taking my dog there. I moved to the Hillsdale area from Tigard, and have been seeing an awesome veterinarian in Sherwood. My dog had an ear infection and I was desperate to get her in some place. The staff was very nice and the facility very clean. They are extremely expensive.VCA is a huge franchise, the owner is Mars Candy who has added pet care to their portfolio. My preference is always to go local rather than support a huge corporation. I do love my doggie, however I can receive the same quality and service for less money.

They are absolutely amazing here! They are still doing a curbside drop off for visits and were more than willing to accommodate my stressed and scared dog. The vet was very knowledgeable and really just seemed to want the best for my girl. I'm glad we found this place and look forward to making them our regular vet
