For camping, do they require permits or is it just drive in, walk, and camp at the designated spots?

Are they online? Also, do they close any gates of we were to get there later at night? And thank you very much! That would have been a bummer to get there with no permit haha

You can reserve day of too. There is a payment box for after hours

There are no gates but if you have a car then there is a whole year fee of 30 dollars to be paid or else you can pay each day you camp there.

Payment is required and mosr of it is done online.

We were there last weekend and posted park hours ended at 10, but there is no gate to lock at the park entrance.

You must Reserve before occupying and have a State Park permit
