Small and quiet park. You can walk the entire park in less then an hour. Clean & we’ll kept campground. Two very nice cabins to rent.

Camped here in our class C. Nice small state park on a lake. Nice trails and lots of birds. Lots of folks out fishing. Beautiful area of Iowa.

Nice park, great cabins close to the water. Cabin: heated floors, full kitchen, full bathroom, queen bed, futon couch. Futon was uncomfortable. Bring your own bedding, towels, and all kitchen utensils.

Very small campground, fills up quick. Nice trails, easy walking. There is a spillway but water too low to see it in its prime. Only issue was bathrooms (vault toilets), the doors don't pull shut.

Hi! You can find our camping rates at iowadnr.gov/camping. Modern family style shower facilities are available. Thanks!
You have to walk across a small bridge that says waterfall and it's not real far but it's kinda in the woods and my son climbed down to the water across big rock's and got right in front of it. You have to climb down a steep hill and I'm 54 year's old and I couldn't get to it. Not handicap accessible.
Yep. It was drained, dredged and then re-stocked in 2015.
Basics
At the little park at the south end there is a bridge that will take you there.
