No, just a small 'stream' that runs across the sand towards the parking/camping areas. Butnit wont be deep enough to swim
Yeah I was just there and like everyone has said, they've been needing some serious rain this year! It was raining when I got there ironically, but the only place I can think of is a mineral hot springs in a neighboring town. Also, there is Zapata Falls nearby where you have to kind of wade through a creek to see the waterfall inside a cave. That's comes close yeah? Check it out!
