Is there drinking water i campground?

Yes there is. Nice campground. Clean toilets.

There is water, but not at every campsite. There are restrooms with a dish washing area just outside. I would not recommend drinking the water, but with water hook- ups at the RV sites, I am thinking it is probably OK.

I'm not sure. Probably need to check at the Rangers Station. They will be able to tell you
