Rule breakers are common throughout the entire world. Try to follow rules and be kind is my personal motto.
Everyone with dogs obeyed the rules and had them on leashes when we went. We saw several dogs that day too. With so many children, other dogs and sand boarders i feel it's not only best for others but even the safety of your dog to keep them on a leash.
Yeah one time my dog ate a leash, it sucked.
