3:00pm but they may be able to get you in a little earlier, or they can hold your luggage while you take in the town. 5:00 is wine and cheese in the lobby. You can call the morning before you arrive and ask for a room with a better view.
If your room isn't ready, they hold luggage while you get fried oysters and a beer. They also have wine and cheese in the garden. Very nice!
