Amazing! The staff is beyond accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and the location perfect. You get a complimentary breakfast each morning either delivered to your room or any where in the hotel you prefer. At 5pm they have a wine and cheese hour and at night cookies and milk. In the lobby they have a coffee stand with iced tea and flavored waters as well as a candy dispenser. There are also games and a sitting area to play them. There is a roof top / terrace with couches, tables and chairs giving you views of the city. We will definitely be coming back to stay. If I had to say anything negative- there is only one elevator which runs constantly and our room was across from it so every time it was being used we could hear it. There is also a hotel being built directly across from it , blocking views depending on your room. Luckily we were there on weekend / holiday so didn’t have to hear them working, but I am sure it gets loud. But this place is a MUST if going to the area.

Staff were all amazing,very friendly. Happy hour was a nice touch. The construction next door is not a factor. Couldn't hear anything slept in every day. Breakfast was brought to the room everyday. We were starting to get spoiled. Great location and great hotel! Would totally stay again.

I will never stay anywhere else in Charleston!! My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time. The staff is over the top, extremely accommodating, gracious, helpful, and everyone was pleasant and nice. The location is perfect. You can walk to some of the best restaurants and shops. We missed the wine reception due to an early dinner reservation, but enjoyed our own bottle afterwards in the lobby. Which was opened by the young man at the desk who also provided wine glasses. Breakfast options were wonderful and delivered to our room per our request. The room was lovely, the beds luxurious, and plenty of space. Best time ever!!! Thank you.

We had a lovely night at this hotel before Christmas. The staff was great. The room was stellar, beautiful and large with a dreamy comfortable bed. Location is perfect. You get a full breakfast delivered to your room along with other small amenities. We would happily return in the future!
