The breakfast was included with the room and was good. The room was clean but small and little dated. The staff was very nice and helpful. The biggest thing was the air conditioner had a large gap around it and when the light was off at night you could see light coming in from the outside.

Positive: Great location! Only about a 15 minute walk from King Street or a 7 minute uber. There was a brand new public right next door so that was convenient. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Negative: The room smelled pretty bad. We had to go buy air fresheners across the street at the public. There wasn¿t any lampshades on the bedside lamps. The lobby area was leaking really bad from the ceiling.

We stayed here for our vacation to SC, and loved it! Tia, the front desk lady, was darling! Very kind, personable, and professional. The room wasn’t anything overtly fancy, but it was clean and we didn’t want for anything. The location is nice - not right in the middle of the city so it was rather quiet, but not too far where you have to drive a long time to see things. Would definitely stay again!

I cannot recommend this hotel. Positive: friendly staff Negative: The hotel needs to be renovated and you get horrific value for money. The room we had wasn't quiet (you can hear the neighbors or street cars). The breakfast was underwhelming. Location was disappointing in the way that it's not close to the city center. Also, leaving your bag for a few hours after checkout wasn't possible (great when you're a city tourist). Looking at various factors, it wasn't the worst hotel I've ever been to but the worst in this price range. Do yourself a favor and try to avoid this hotel.
