Not on the beach itself but anywhere else on the lake is fine. Theres a picnic area to the right of the beach you can walk your dog into or the dock on the other side of eagle lake is a good spot to bring your dog to swim.
If you've never been there before we have frisbee golf and a great mountain biking course enjoy and yes dogs are allowed only in specific areas though with a six-foot leash
