As far as I know, the Custer State Park used to be part of a military reservation and should not have any private ownership of any structure, in the park, itself. I could be wrong, but, I doubt anyone owns any property on that state land.
I looked the address up and there is such address it sets in like a round a bout of other small homes that do look like cabins it's like a little dirt area and it has a few small homes in the little cluster of land
I don't know of any cabins on Ft Custer property... Scam maybe? 5598 Martin Dr comes up at the corner or Martin/Ft Custer Dr... Possibly bad address... Only homes on that street.
There are several cabins for rent within the park. There are NO private homes in the park be advised.
I don't believe that address is actually on Fort Custer land. It may border some of the Fort Custer or VA land, but isn't actually on those lands.
I'm sorry I don't know the owner , maybe someone from the state park knows them.
