Yes to the water, group camp, boat launch, but not to tower.

Some. The road to the lower parking area is closed and the road to the tower is closed. The campground and put-in area are open. Be prepared for icing and slippery conditions.

Why did the campsite lengths get changed last year on the reservation map? Many of the sites we used to camp on are now several feet shorter and won't allow our 28 ft travel trailer. One can see by the pictures they are plenty long.
