Are the trails paved? We would like to take our mother for a walk in her wheel chair.

No they are not

The trails are not, but the roadway is and being surrounded by all the trees and nature it is very much like taking a trail walk. Not too much traffic either

The roads are paved inside the park, plenty of smaller paved roads to walk on. Wooded trails may have pea gravel. Best is to call them.
