On certain parts of the beach. It just depends where you are on it. Just make sure your dog is on a 6 foot leash
If you go along the Muskegon Lake shore you can bring your dog.
Just north of there is Whitehall and dogs are allowed at the State Beach
If you want him to run free just walk away down the shoreline away from the main beach areas. Plenty of people have their dogs there off leash. We took our lab hound mix to the water almost daily and he met dog friends. If people are around that don't like it just keep walking.
Unsure. However there is Kruse 🐕 park in Muskegon where dogs permitted on beach
