There is a downloadable map. Aside from the beachfront, there are trails behind the blockhouse and some at Snug Harbor. One of the Snug Harbor trails takes you all the way to the channel campgrounds. So yes, tnere are a lot of trails.

Some. The waterfront has about four miles of trails along the channel. The park has a hidden beach, and dunes throughout.
