I believe they do. There is a basic commands training at the Humane Society that you can attend. Anything more advanced and they can refer you to someone. Call them directly to get the most accurate information.
They dont give vouchers. Petco has very cheap training however or you can look up dog training online and try it yourself. Dogs can be very protective of there owners and homes especially with males. Its best to break this habit early but if you adopted it will be a little more tricky.
No vouchers! Your mother's boyfriend has to show him effection at same time as your mom. You've heard praise go's a long way? Have him spend equal time with the dog. Like a child they think the boyfriend will take their time away. Pitts are family oriented . It's only been 2 weeks. Give it time!

Return the dog to the shelter. I had serious issues with a pit (who I still love and miss terribly) and was offered no help by the humane society and/or their staff. They push animals on families with no resources for assistance post adoption. It's very disappointing and sad, but you must do what's safest for your human family.... :'(
He might just have a thing with men because my dog loves woman she's not really a man kind of dog so that might be the case just give it some time and then it should blow over but just make sure that your dog spends a lot of time around him make sure your dog is very comfortable around him.
