There is a person named Patrick who works there and is very rude to customers of a different race. Patrick is racist and handles customers with an attitude and rudeness especially to anyone who is a first time customer. He treats elderly women like nothing and did not apologize for speaking to my mother or myself in a tone. I would recommend not to go to this business until they treat people with respect especially if they are ethnic.

Awesome experience! I hand both sliders on my north face jacket fail one and within 5min of bringing my jacket into the building it was perfectly repaired! Great service, will be back for sure! Oh and it was only $10!!!
