My first call to Alpine Lock and Key was redirected to Mitch, and he was super helpful. He asked a few questions and had me text him a photo of the problem I was calling about. We scheduled a service appointment for the following week (he was available for same day service, but I was not). On the day of the appointment, Mitch worked quickly and quietly, and he was done in minutes. He's a great guy who's been doing this work a long time, as this city has grown and grown. Highly recommend Alpine Lock & Key, and Mitch in particular.

We use Alpine for all of our locksmith needs and they always perform amazingly. Today we were helped by Don, a new member to the team who really made the experience! He worked diligently on a job that was a massive pain and kept smiles and a good attitude throughout. Looking forward to seeing him again!

Gabriel and Lucas did a great job with the delivery. They clearly knew what they were doing, were very professional and took care of the tile and stone flooring. The problem is that the safe I ordered was not delivered with the installed accessories that I paid for. Will have to come back tomorrow or the next day to add those products. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
