I have enjoyed Domino's since 1980, when I was stationed at Lowry AFB, Denver, Colorado. But I'm here to praise the crew at Domino's on Stead Blvd in Reno, Nevada, 89506. I've been ordering pizza using the Domino's app. for delivery because I can't get enough, and they feed me as quicker than ever. The place has some real talent working there. Outstanding Customer Service is unusual nowadays, but the entire staff needs to be praised for serving great pizza, always! Thank you so much, to everyone there! Good Job!

Its a Tuesday night. I order at 6:15. Pick up time said 7:06. Its 7:05 and they havent even started my order. No courtesy call or update in the app to say they are behind. They tell me it will be another hour.... Customer service has gone down hill tremendously lately.

Jazz Attack

This store is usually great but this time, one of their drivers was hauling in the 35 zone on silver lake before promptly shooting into the oncoming lane to get around me despite the fact I was going almost 40. Then when I got to pick up my food, I had to remind the cashier of my drink as well as dipping sauces, the same way the lady before me did, probably because he was literally texting on his phone at the counter. I usually feel for folks in the service industry cuz I’ve done fast food for a decade, but didn’t seem like anyone was trying too hard today.
