The room is clean and spacious. The front desk stuff is kind and helpful. The reason I gave 1 star is because the bad attitude and how she responded to my request. Her " manager" is Karmen. She needs to be trained again for the customer service 101.

First time visitor. The individual at front desk was less than helpful in getting me settled into parking and the room. He was busy being on his phone. Great location, clean room, no micro or fridge. Bar inside hotel and a restaurant. Great for vacationers, not so much for heavy travelers. In my opinion.

I've never made a personal appearance to the place of business but from the looks I'd say it's a wonderful place of well being and doing More or less it's a sake of matter and care from its place of business overall to its attraction of customers I think a place like so is in my books if I do say so myself- elite50_x

Superb staff. The women working guided me towards superb activities while I was visiting Reno. They were friendly and warm. Clean space, friendly atmosphere. Great time!
