The door was barely closing, there was a sign on the door saying use bolt and lock, you could see outside the door and hear people walking by all night long. The first room I had, looked old as Methuselah with cracks in the sink water damage everywhere and looked old and was dirty. Didn’t even look like the floor was swept. I requested another room and the attendant in the office said why? As if there is nothing wrong with the room. The next room she reluctantly gave me was no better. First off, the room smelled like Aunt Becky had just finished a cigarette! The beds had black long strings of straight hair all throughout the layers of semi-white, dingy sheets. Then I went back to the office(afraid to ask for another room), and asked for new sheets. Two ladies came up to make the bed with the new sheets but were afraid of my fur baby. The sheets they bought had even more hair in them than the ones in the bed! The new, supposedly clean, sheets even had stains on them! The bathroom was filthy. I stood in the shower with shower shoes not wanting to even touch the curtain… (which I didn’t) because the showers had yellow stains on them. How do green curtains have yellow stains?! I Prayed before I used the towels that also had yellow stains on them, only to lay in the bed and itch all night long… It was a nightmare! I would never, ever, ever, ever, ever, wish on my worst enemy to sleep in this hotel. EVER! It needs to be bulldozed and just start a new. I feel bad for the poor guests who have to pay an arm and a leg to stay in trash. With the way this place was kept it should never exceed 30.00 a night…

Nice clean rooms. Nice office manager and staff. I highly recommend this motel to anyone who needs a temporary motel stay in Reno! When I was in Las Vegas, I would sometimes visit Reno, to drive my Jeep Cherokee which I had left in storage. They were always very accommodating. Their professionalism and kindness is one of the things that made me start missing Reno. Now I am back in Reno permanently and I have reserved a room for another week before I move into my studio apartment. Oh, and they serve delicious coffee in the morning!

The hotel looks freshly painted and my room has a new shower installed. When checking in I was greeted by Sal. He was very friendly and check in was easy. Ran into him on the property and he went out of his way to ask we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the best Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. The staff go an extra mile for their guests. Corrina has great people skills and great at her job, always smiling. The whole staff is amazing from the front desk, cleaners and even the securities. I can write a whole book on this motel 6 and the amazing service they give. Thank you for an enjoyable stay here.

The rooms just have standard wall outlets. No USB outlets. Pools are typically opened during Labor Day weekend but with the current situation it's best to call as individual businesses will vary.
You will most likely never know
