The Marion County Justice Court is open Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with the exception of certain Federal Holidays.
Yes, you may make a payment by mail. We suggest a money order for mail-in payments. Do not mail cash or checks. You may call 601-736-2572 and ask the clerk for the website and 1-800 # to make payments by phone with a Debit/Credit card - however, this is a separate entity that may have other applicable fees of their own.
