The hotel was beautiful and clean. The layout of the hotel and the rooms were very well put together. The staff was really amazing and friendly as well as resourceful. They may have been short staffed but the clerk informed me about the situation and still brought the items I requested in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely come back here. The hotel did charge an incidental hold/deposit of $30 but it was returned after 3 business days of check out.

When you make your reservation you see Hilton and this boast about how clean they are. After you check-in they tell you they don't clean your room on the weekends. For those of you that like clean rooms forget it. You're not getting it. You need towels. You have to wait maybe 24 hours or go get them yourself. Without exaggeration I requested towels at 6:30 AM while getting breakfast. Left the room for the day and returned at 5:30 PM. I still did not get towels. Called customer relations then left the hotel again. Returned at 10:30 PM still no towels. Finally had to go to the front desk again and ask them to hand me the towels right there. And speaking of breakfast if you like microwaved food then this place is for you. Other Hilton properties have the bin of fresh scrambled eggs, meats, and potatoes. Not this one. This one has microwaved sandwiches and microwaved omelets. Frankly I don't know how this place remains under the Hilton brand. I will never stay here again. I almost don't want to stay at any Hilton property again. I attempted to get a hold of the general manager Joaquin Duran to give him a try to make things right but he must not be too concerned either since he didn't call me back nor respond to the email I sent him. If you like spending hundreds of dollars a night to do all the work yourself you're paying for and get lousy customer service then this is the hotel for you. Oh, no late check-outs either. This place operates on "no" or "can't". That is all I've heard all weekend.

Had an excellent experience at this hotel (over a week stay). Location is fantastic, close to shopping, restaurants, airport etc. From the hotel, to the breakfast area to the room/ bathroom - everything was clean. I appreciated the kitchenette, coffee and coffee machine. Breakfast was convenient, easy to take some on the go. Wi-Fi worked well, was able to conduct business meetings. Staff was courteous. We were on the top floor it was quiet and exactly what we needed. One thing perhaps to be considered: the barn door style in the bathroom should provide better privacy. Thank you.

Nice hotel. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Spacious with couch and kitchenette. Also in a great location. Large desk in the room with a large tv. Great hotel for long term stay. Only a couple complaints. Seems weird to me that there is a full size dishwasher in the room but no cooktop? I would much rather have a stove than a dishwasher. The room key via the Hilton app also did not work on the outside doors, making it pretty useless. Also wish there was a hot tub with the pool. Overall great place to stay.
