My Dr. Sent in my medication twice for them "not to receive it" she then personally calls in My prescription we both confirm location and address. Only for her to be left on hold for over 45 minutes. I came here at 415 to pick up it's now 6:55 and still nothing

Very good pharmacy with helpful people. But the phone menu is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. If you want to speak to a human being, it would be faster to just go there in person. This is a corporate issue, but needs to be addressed. The other issue is that they'll wait on someone in the drive thru that has business to conduct that should have been done INSIDE. I was was in line and a car was at the window for close to TEN MINUTES. I don't know why, but if it was going to take that long, they should have been directed to go in the store. Out of frustration, and after being in line for close to 15 minutes, I got out of line and went into the store.
