The wait time wasn’t too bad as a walk in. Staff was pleasant and professional. Overall a good experience.

Very welcoming facility! The staff are so professional and efficient. My visit there was informative and productive. Better than any ER or walk in clinic that I've been to. Keep up the good work!

Fromt desk nurse are a bit unwelcoming and rude, the attending nurse was excellent sympathetic helpfully and understanding, then comes in the most rude and disrespectful doctor I have ever meet showed no interest or empathy of my health ignored all my symptoms as I tried to explain what I was going through then cut me of mid way and told me I had to many symptoms and he didn't have time to listen to them, I would highly suggest u go somewhere else if ure really sick and want results, let alone even tho my insurance covers the visit they wanted my credit card on file, why? I do not know, psa If ure sick go somewhere else
Tony Montana
Nurses were phenomenal and friendly, now the doctor on the other hand was a different story he really didn’t care to here my symptoms and halfway through going over my symptoms he tells me he doesn’t have time to hear them that he has other patients waiting. Let alone did not prescribe me any medication for the pinch nerve in my chest that he said I might have ,It’s a shame you pay good money to se these doctors and they treat you like u don’t matter and nor does ure health

At PhysicianOne Urgent Care, you will be seen by one of our experienced providers who are trained in either emergency, family, or internal medicine. That provider may be a physician, a PA, or an APRN.
what's the answer?
We provide convenient care during extended hours and offer patients the flexibility of walking in to receive care at a time that is most convenient for them. Patients also have the option to check-in online to hold a spot in the wait queue. This is not an appointment, though allows patients to “hold their spot” in line and receive a text message when it is their turn to come in and complete the check-in process in person.
We offer the Influenza (flu) vaccine, during flu season. Visit our vaccines page, for vaccination information.
Yes; at PhysicianOne Urgent Care, we provide care for patients of all ages.
Wait times vary, though the average wait time is significantly less than the average wait time at an emergency room. Patients are typically in and out in less than an hour. You can check-in online to hold your spot in line at your nearest PhysicianOne Urgent Care. When waiting at any of our centers, your wait time will factor in those ahead of you in the wait queue who may be waiting in the waiting room or at home, as well as patients currently in the exam rooms, and patients currently receiving X-ray or lab services.
We have on-site X-ray capabilities, so we’re able to diagnose fractures and then splint them during your visit. Our X-rays are read by a Board Certified Radiologist. We can also provide you with a copy of your X-rays on a CD for you to bring to your orthopedic physician for a follow-up appointment.
Generally speaking, our fees are far more affordable than a visit to the emergency room, though this depends on your co-pay and the level of care you receive during your visit.
Insurance isn’t required to visit PhysicianOne Urgent Care, and we have reasonable self-pay fees for those without insurance. In fact, you’ll find our fees are competitive with other local healthcare providers. Feel free to call us for estimated cost information. Payment is required at the time of service. Please note: PhysicianOne Urgent Care does not accept personal checks.
Yes, we accept most major insurances. Your co-pay is collected and required at the time of service. Please call your nearest PhysicianOne Urgent Care location to inquire if we accept your insurance.
Fees vary, though are significantly lower than a visit to the emergency room and generally the same or slightly higher than a visit to your primary care doctor. If you have insurance, the total charges will be determined based on your insurance provider’s policy regarding urgent care and the level of care you receive during your visit with us. If you have further questions, please contact your insurance company. For information on the estimated cost of a self-pay visit, please call your local PhysicianOne Urgent Care center. If you have a question regarding billing, please contact our billing company, at 203-885-0814.

I know exactly to whom you are referring. Awful manner! You might be good as a doctor but without a good bedside manner, which is a necessity in my book, you are Not equipped for the job of M.D. PA Kayla Kennedy has all these qualities and Excellent at her job. She'll Help You!
Dont kno
I'm not sure if they are open but I will check for you. I looked it up and I see that the hours differ but they should open at 8am according to what I saw on their website. I hope that you can get seen and feel better soon. They are very caring and compassionate about their patients.

You would have to speak to Physician one directly ....
I can assure you the wait will be long wherever you go being that it's flu season. I hope you're better now.
