He was or is such a beautiful cat with brown,white a little bit of Black and orange.The manager at NV Humane will not call the owner.I will always love him Is it too much to ask that she call that owner.?

I saw the first half of this comment earlier today. First of all this is the humane society not the pound. Your beef is with local animal services. If your animal ended up at the humane society its because it went through the waiting time at the pound before it arrived. If the animal had tags or a microchip you would have been notified of your animal being in the pound and had two weeks to collect it. Stop spreading improperly directed hate because you didn't do your research and are mad.
